MEDITATION, MINDFULNESS AND MOTIVATION
3 DAY CAMP
During this morning camp, explorers can enjoy daily walks, meditation, yoga, gratitude journaling, unique crafts and healthy snacks. They will listen to daily talks given by local high school students. Each day we will focus on a different theme. During camp we will break this camp into two different groups: ages 10-12 and 12-14. Campers will come out of camp with a growth mindset, understanding they have tools to help themselves.
